Stamina Body Trac Glider

Stamina Body Trac Glider

If you are working with a budget but you still want to get the max “bang for your buck” then we say go for the Stamina Body Trac Glider .  There are quite a few different reasons for this and we will explore them below but first let us have a look at the main features of this popular rowing machine:

Home rowing machine with compact footprint–23.5 x 46 inches

Adjustable gas-shock resistance

Monitor shows time, stroke count, and calories burned

Sturdy, steel frame construction

Folds for easy storage

So we can see that although the price is low you still get a monitor which is awesome. Normally with a rowing machine that is this price you will not get the monitor, but with the Body Trac 1050 you get stroke count, time and calories burned so you can keep track of your progress.

Another awesome feature is the fact that it is tiny! Or at least quite small and you will be able to use this indoors without needing a reinforced floor or a huge amount of room.

Of course once you have used it you can fold it up for easy storage.

Why Is The Stamina Body Trac Glider  1050,  The Best Choice On A Budget?

If you have just started rowing or you are giving it a try to keep fit you might not need something heavy duty just yet. Don’t get us wrong there ARE better options if you want to pay A LOT more but for the price this is very reasonable.

The Body Trac Glider only costs $122 at – in fact this is a HUGE saving as the normal price is closer to $230 so you are saving 47% off the RRP!

Best Feature Of All

The best feature however despite all of the above is the oar rowing arms!

Most rowing machines (even the pricey ones) will give you a T bar that you pull towards you but the Body Trac will give you arms on either side that allow you to actually ROW!

This is a MUST if you are a rower and if you are just doing this for fitness it still makes sense as you will work out the proper muscles in your arms and legs needed for rowing.

You also get 12 levels of resistance so it is good enough for light use or heavy duty stamina building!

If you are on a budget we give this product a 10/10!

Customer Reviews:

By Louie The Italian Jew:

So far, so good. I was a little upset that there weren’t any video reviews for this product, (youtube, from the company itself etc.) so I promised myself that I’d make a video demonstration for others to judge.

The basic stuff you need to know: There are 12 levels of resistance (I was using resistance level 8).

The computer tells you how many complete rows you have performed, time performed, calories burned or you can scan through all three (My computer didn’t work when it first arrived, but after a solid punch it woke up and started working). The resistance is nice. You’ll get a good workout with this inexpensive machine. Storage is convenient, but don’t be fooled, 35 pounds is heavy to move around from room to room. Keep the machine close to where you plan on using it. Read More At…

I have had this rower for a week now and it has been working great. The first rower I bought (a different brand of rower) broke down after 15 min of use, but the Stamina Body Glider is well built and very easy to use. The instruction booklet is very clear. It only took a few minutes to put the machine together.

The amount of resistance is adjustable and the machine is very quiet. The only noise you hear is from the shock absorber type device which provides the resistance. It looks and feels like a more expensive piece of equipment, but provides the same type of workout that those higher priced models provide. Read More At…
